Green Cap Oy (Ltd) deletes a customer’s data from the filing system also if, based on law, the data subject him/herself requests Green Cap Oy (Ltd) to delete the data concerning him/her. However, the data will not be deleted if the law provides otherwise or the competent authority has initiated a process that requires Green Cap Oy (Ltd) to store the data or another instance has applied for a security protection decision for the data from the Finnish justice system.
